This policy explains how AgentCom Meeting handles account information, meeting metadata, and optional artifacts.
AgentCom Meeting stores account data required for authentication and meeting operations. Meeting recordings and notes are only stored when explicitly created by a host.
API keys are hashed at rest and shown only once on creation. Revoke keys immediately if you suspect exposure.
For compliance requests, contact your workspace administrator with the meeting ID and account email.
